Our apparel, totes and thermo tumblers come from a variety of sustainable and ethical sources. See an items description for more details.

Yes. Send us an email at seasterssandiego@gmail.com with your request and we’ll give it a shot. Some information that is helpful to include in your email is:

  • A specific graphic and/or text you’d like to use.
  • The color(s), font, type (shirt, tote, thermo tumbler, towel… etc) or any information and/or picture that you think will be helpful to describe your request.
  • If you need us to create a design there will be a fee associated with that.

We are capable of quite a bit and use a variety of sources for materials. Special requests also depend on availability of materials and supplies. We will reply to your request within a day and let you know if we can do it, how long it will take and an estimate of cost. Give us a minimum of two weeks for special requests and then add time to ship if necessary.

Most of our sources are quick to get us blanks (shirts, totes, thermo tumblers, hats…etc with nothing on them) sometimes for various reasons certain blanks can be on back order. If that happens you’ll be notified immediately and if or when we’ll be able to complete your order.

Yes. We love to do street vending and markets. Meeting folks and getting to know our customers is so much FUN. I love to be out socializing with the public. Send us an email with the requirements and volume of traffic at the event. We’ll definitely look into it. We are also open to small apparel shops that would like to carry SeaSters merchandise.

We will replace anything that is faulty meaning, if we messed it up, we will immediately replace it. We just ask for an email with a picture of the fault in the merchandise. It will be replaced at no cost to you even if it’s damaged during shipping. Be sure to follow cleaning and care instructions included in the descriptions. Some source sizes differ. In that case, we will include that information in the description. You may need to go a size larger or smaller. We only charge more for larger sizes that we are charged more for. If you need assistance with sizes send us a message on instagram or an email to SeaStersSanDiego@gmail.com and we’ll help you get the right size. If your order is custom and you find the size is not right, we’ll do the best we can to work with you. Make sure the size is accurate, we most likely will not refund custom orders.
